We currently ship within Qatar only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available for eligible orders

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Qatar: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable COD fees will be shown before order confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

  • Refused COD orders without valid reason may lead to restriction on future COD orders


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Building name or number

  • Zone / Street number

  • Contact phone number

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.


Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Refusal to accept the order

Additional delivery attempts or re-shipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Changes or Cancellations

  • Shipping address changes or order cancellations must be requested before shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible
