Bank or payment provider delays are outside our control
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund processing for COD orders may take 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Shipping Charges

Refused Deliveries (COD)
If a COD order is refused at delivery:
